Hero and dark fruit don't work. What you have to do is pet your chao with either a hero or dark character depending on which type you want until the ball on their head gets as light or dark as possible. Believe me, hero and dark fruit doesn't make a difference. After you pet your chao, just keep feeding and taking care of it with the same character type and it will eventually evolve. ^_^

I have a question on SA2B I know if you give your chao hero or dark fruit it will evole but if you give it more hero or dark friut will it evole again I need help.
