No problem at all. You make sense. I'm a naturally competitive person, and I'm alone, which means that I compete with myself, leading to impossible standards and the inevitable letdown that accompanies not meeting them.Okay, too deep! Let's change the subject, lol.
I'm working on a new fic. I think my work was just getting stagnant. Now I've got some new ideas^^ How about you, working on anything yourself?

Good question. He seems to think it's more along the lines of "life in general", because I tend to tie my self-worth to what I'm doing atm. That, and anticipation. Stuff like "Not dating that girl because you might get hurt" or "failing math because the next math is new." Basically, anxiety is a constant that my body, conciously or unconcsicously, wants to keep, because it doesn't like change. Interesting. I tend to think of that as an effect of the anxiety, though. I've got some new stress, lol, just when I had gotten rid of the old stuff. I talked with my school counselor today, and we got on the subject of my anxiety. He thinks it stems from a fear of failure. One problem: Doesn't everyone have that? He thinks it's a safety net and an easy way out. I can see why he'd think that, but personally, I'd rather be healthy, lol.How's your pic coming?

The fic is chiefly about my OC defending the Leaf Village while Naruto's gone, although I might throw in a bit of Ekyt X Sakura. I haven't seen too many fics take place after Part 1, but before Part 2, so I thought "Why not?"
