WindWolfno theres no disk in it and it's not blue it loads up normally and every thing then at the bottom it says failed to load disk (40) and it freezes up

WindWolfoh It's not coming on at all when it's loading it freezes up on me and it wont go to where i can restart it or any thing so i just turn it off and on and it still wont work
