It's always like that, it was obviously a server related problem of a sort, I'm not a specialist in this, but I can tell when all other connection related things like games and other pages work just fine, there's something wrong with this page.

Well, I couldn't upload either. Whenever I filled out the submission page and clicked the Submit button, it just keep staying there on the page writing down in the line "Waiting for fanart-central.net to respond". It staid like that for an hour before finally going to a trouble-shooting page that said that my connection to the page as been lost and that the page perhaps doesn't exist and such.

It was really annoying because I couldn't upload anything like this, it was no matter what picture I uploaded, it didn't change anything. All other pages were working fine, except for FAC, and they said it my connection that was not working right which wouldn't make sense when everything else was fine.
