Okay, at the very top of the page, there is a piture of your avatar. Right next to it is: View Gallery, Add fanwork, PM, Logout. You'd click on Add fanwork. From there, you would click upload a picture (or whichever meets your requirments) then from there, you would just fill out the info for your picture. :] I hope that helps you.!
