Hello Vikki -huggles-Oooh~! Can't wait to see some tablet arts from you ^0^
At first they're kind of difficult to work with, but after about 2-3 pictures, you'll have figured out how they move and whatnot :3
I think one of the differences from tablet to paper, is how smooth the tablet pen is, and on paper pencils feel kinda sketchy. So It's really wasy to creates lines with the tablet :D
Oh, and yup, My tablet came with a Photoshop Elements 3, but my computer won't let me install it... >3<
But you can get some really neat programs with your tablet :D
