Ofcourse. ^_^ If you have a Scanner or Camera, Just take a Picture of your Drawing/Artwork. And Upload it to your computer.
After that, when you sign into your Account on Fanart-Central,
Next to your name at the top it will say " Add Fanwork" go there are Decide Which way to upload the pic..
