Telling your mom isn't going to be easy either. But She needs to know. You can't keep your feelings bottled up inside.

If your stressed don't be afriad to Scream. Cry. Shout. Yell. Jump up and down and wave your arms like crazy. Just let how you feel out.

If your hurting Don't Take it out on yourself. Just Cry. Cll up a friend and pour out all the emotions and feelings that you have.

If your mad. Punch a Pillow. Scream into it. Break a Plate or two.

If your scared. Crawl into your moms bed and hug her and Sleep there. Show her how much you need her.

I will tell you this now.
You are not to blame for anything that has gone wrong. What happened in the past just happened. You couldn't do anything about it. You Didn't do anything wrong.

Your mother Loves you. And she is doing this to help you. I know you don't want to go because you are scared to show her how you really feel. But You need to Sam. She needs to know.

You aren't the burden, You are not weird. Your unique. Your scared of your older sister because You let yourself be. You should beable to turn to her for anything. She needs to play the role of being your sister more then your enemy.

I know you are breaking down right now. But You need to clam down and take deep and easy breathes Ok? That should make you a little less Stressed and a bit more calm.

I know it's hard.It's never easy when your mom and dad split up. Everything changes and Everyone gets hurt.I know your trying. And I know thats the best you can do, is try.

Talking to your mom and sisters Is going to be tough. After all that you've been through together. But You will have to talk to your mom sometime. She needs to know she is pressuring you and your going to crack from all the pressure sooner or later and break down.

You need your mom more then anything right now.
