My first memory of seeing Steve Irwin on TV was on an Animal Planet special of some kind. I sat there and wondered 'Who in the world is THIS nut?' and watched in amazement as he jumped on the back of a crocodile.
He's yet another one who was gone far too soon. I hope he's able to rest in peace.
I cried when I heard that he had died.
I'd always wanted to go to Australia and see him at the zoo...
