When I had been playing the game for only a short while, my brother told that Aeris dies in the game and I got really sad. So when I actually got to the part, I was already aware of what was to come, but still when it happened, it seemed like seeing it happen was ten times worse than konwing it would happen before hand. I still cried for days. Then I stopped playing the game for years. When I decided to play it again, I got back to that part, and cried again. I thought I was just a weird person, but now I know what everybody else went through just like me. Aeris' was truly a sad stroy. I've made a comic about her death that I remade once and am currently remaking again. It's called "The Sadness of Aeris" and the story of exactly what happens is slightly altered so that Cloud actually kills Sephiroth right then and there. And Aeris is alive long enough to tell Cloud that she loves him before she dies. All those anti Aeris sites are even more proof of how the death of Aeris affected many people. Those are the people who felt so sad about it, but thought that people would think they were weird if they knew. So they tried to hide it by creating anit Aeris sites and many people felt the same way- and joined them. But really, those anti Aeris sites are the people who were affected the most by Aeris' death. Sry, I sound kinda crazy, but don't worry, I won't start a chain of anti craziness^^
