Okay, I guess I'm here to make some (hopefully helpful) critique. >_<
 
I must say you've got some pretty awesome pics up. ^^ There's something that has me say, "Holy crow! This is awesome!" But there's something that makes me think you could have done better. I'm jealous of how well you draw poses. ^^ I love it. You do really well with photoshop colors and shading, too.
 
The only thing that looks a little weird in this picture is Temari's face. A suggestion I might make there is to make it a little narrower. Temari's not very plump, so yeah. Her nose is strange too. once it slants down from the eyes it stays narrow and doesn't broaden outward a little and I'm sorry to say it looks a little deformed. You might want to try curving the eyebrows more to fit her eyes, so it looks more natural.
 
I love the little Shikamaru doll she's holding in her hands^^ I think that's the best part of the picture. It looks so real. You had me convinced that it was real. ^^
 
I'm sorry I'm not very experienced in the critique area. But if you're ever in need I know that Trinity_Fire gives some great advice. :D she's much better than I am (and probably more experienced /\_/\') You are an amazing artist, and I really admire your work. ^^
