Pheral, FAC's official mascot (chosen by FAC's members via vote) :)
This is the original design for Pheral (and the one originally used for the site's logo and whatnot). :P
Was trying to play with different styles at the time -- I mostly drew "anime/manga" style at the time and didn't think that the FAC mascot should necessarily be in the same style.
Pencil, copic liners, PSP7.

Yeah, it's supposed to be since all the other entries were uber-cute (I honestly didn't think this would win). Although I have to say, your comment seems like it was intended to be more malicious than taken.

Just checking, I took it as an observation but then thought you might be trying to insult it instead lolBut yeah, he's supposed to be real scruffy and crazy looking. Thought it would represent all the crazy kids on FAC here a lot better than the super cute chibi-anime style a couple entries were going for. :P

Yeah, that was pretty amazing. I never won a contest before (let along one that had to do with drawings) so that was an awesome, awesome day XD lolAlthough I always question if it was the picture or the fact I was really active on the forums at the time T_T lol oh well, guess I'll never know
