Pheral, FAC's official mascot (chosen by FAC's members via vote) :)
This is the original design for Pheral (and the one originally used for the site's logo and whatnot). :P
Was trying to play with different styles at the time -- I mostly drew "anime/manga" style at the time and didn't think that the FAC mascot should necessarily be in the same style.
Pencil, copic liners, PSP7.

This was the original design. They had a contest WAY back when.After a few years they redesigned it along with the rest of the site. But yeah, it's quite old.
The members of FAC voted for it.

the original design here, you mean?Just changes. They redesigned the site and decided to go with a different illustrative style for the new site.
I've actually seen a couple other versions of this guy floating around the web (and I wish they'd use one of those, actually. something about the eyes on the current one don't look quite right to me).
