Timmy + Tootie's Anime Cosplay

This is what you get when you watch Channel Chasers while writing a Dragon Ball fanfic. It's Timmy and Tootie, cosplaying as two famous anime characters. I had no end of trouble with head proportions, so I may need a little C&C on that aspect so I can correct mistakes.
