This is what you get when you watch Channel Chasers while writing a Dragon Ball fanfic. It's Timmy and Tootie, cosplaying as two famous anime characters. I had no end of trouble with head proportions, so I may need a little C&C on that aspect so I can correct mistakes. You probably know which character Timmy is supposed to be, but can you tell who Tootie's dressed up as?

Good guess, but try again. Here's a hint: the character Tootie is portraying did appear in Dragon Ball. Dig a little deeper... I'm glad everyone enjoys this pic. (even though my Timmy is a bit off)

Great picture! I liked that movie, it was cool ^^. Great job, it's sooooo hard to draw those characters, because the style is strange. Hm... Is Tootie by any chance Bulma Briefs for Dragon ball?
