Description

It only took me less than a day to do the WHOLE thing. 0_0 Usually it takes about 2-3 days. I had the manga picture on my computer and I like the dress. I couldn't figure out if it's blue, pink or red, but I chose red because it's romantic. ^o^

Misty/Kasumi belongs to Nintendo, GAME FREAK, and the people who orginally made up Misty...
Picture is based on the manga, Pocket Monster.
Coloring is by me!

Ahhh... This is perfect. The dress is astounding. I'd draw dresses on my female characters a lot more if I could draw them like this!

Haven't checked out Pokemon for a while, but Misty is still the best female character...
