Eclipse: *catches up* what now, slimeball? *the robotic part of his face glistens in the sun*

Mikenno: *suddendly tilts his wings, so he drops and flips around, and lightly slashes at eclipse's stomach* >:) you're too slow! *swerves away before eclipse can get at him*

Eclipse: *doesn't even wince, but smiles* you've only hit the steel, Mikenno... how do you expect to defeat me? *charges after him*

Mikenno: with a thousand years of experience. *grins, then flies off again, headed for the river*

Me: he's gonna try to crash eclipse in the river, jus so you know, so he'll sink. when he's practically drowned, he'll get him out.

Eclipse: WHAT'CHA GONNA DO? SPLASH ME TO DEATH? *lets out another insane cackle*

Me: ooooo :) ... "die, you glorified fan character!! EHEHEHEHEH!!"

Me: XDDDDDDDDD

Mikenno: maybe. ^^ *keeps flying really low, skimming the surface of the river*

Eclipse: *follows closely behind Mikenno, but when he gets close to the river, Eclipse can't pull up in time, do to laggy turning from the weight of his own metal under-skin, and he gets trapped under the river-water. He panics*

Me: yersssss.....

Mikenno: *does a u-turn, then suddendly seems to stop in mid-air, and drops into the river. he swims towards eclipse, and stares at him underwater* <your steel skeleton is your greatest strength, but also your greatest weakness. you are beaten, nocturnal. you cannot survive underwater for long.>

Eclipse: *he's quickly runnning out of air - but he still manages to look up at Mikenno and glare*

Me: *singing the Sonic drowning theme* doo doo doo doo... doo doo doo doo... doodoodoodoodoodoo - !!

Mikenno: <will you let me save you, eclipse? will you let me rescue you from death?>

Me: note how he sayd "eclipse" and not "norturnal" or anything else. he's referring to the situation as a whole, not just the drowning thing.

Eclipse: *his thoughts are hazy, and uncollected* <...n...nev...r...> *with too much water in his lungs, he blacks out*

Mikenno: ........... *reaches down, and pulls eclipse out of the water, and puts him on the banks of the river* .......... *climbs out, and shakes the water off* i am sorry, my friend. *bows his head* i have failed you. *opens his wings, and flies away, leaving eclipse there* ................i am sorry..........

Me: last night i had a dream that mikki had to KILL eclipse.... for some reason.....

Eclipse: *lays there, still blacked out, dripping wet, in the forest*

Me: i dunno, it was something like, well, you know how nocturnal dies when eclipse dies? well he thought something like well, i kill him in a certain way that i can bring him back afterwards, but something goes wrong and he cant bringg him back, or something...... my god, you should have SEEN IT! it was such a vivid dream, too..... my gosh, it was like watching a pixar film....... but seriously....

*eventually, Eclipse wakes up, coughing up some water*

Eclipse: *jumps out of the hole as well, and chases Mikenno down* GET BACK HERE!!

Me: *bows*

Me: note, this is how he ran before they killed him, only there were a dozen bigger dragons chasing him ^^

Eclipse: *grows wings and flies after him* COWARD!! FIGHT ME!!

Mikenno: crap. okay, okay, lets see if i can still do this.... here goes everything! *suddenly does a u-turn, and opens his jaws wide, a rumble emanates from his throat, and suddenly--- FWOOOSH!! a stream of crimson flames erupts from his jaws*

Eclipse: !!! *gets the hell outta the way*

Mikenno: *turns tail and flies for his life, pumping his wings furiously* D:>

Me: would it hurt nocturnal if mikki did something like a mindroar?

Me: no, because Nocturnal is a machine that was designed to stand the most powerful of mind defences.

Eclipse: *halfway down, he smacks into a tree, and falls the rest of the way down onto the forest floor* AAGH!! RRrrr...

Me: *head+DS*

Mikenno: *does a running landing, and stops* ...... *turns his head back towards eclipse* .......

Eclipse: his face had scraped hard on a tree during the fall. Half his face is now extremelly blood... and yet... SHINY...

Me: destroying Nocturnal would mean shoving your hand into his brain, and ripping it out.

Mikenno: *hadn't suspected the change, and was taken aback* w-what did he do to you.....?

Eclipse: *gets up and wipes the blood off, to reveal that he now looked like the luminos robot clone* he said it was phase three... making me indestructable so that I won't die... He's put a layer of duro steel under my skin... I feel immortal now... *stalks towards him*

Me: FANTASTIC IDEA FOR DEAD INSIDE IS FANTASTIC!!!!

Mikenno: *had completely pulled himself out of eclipse's mind, so he can't tell* ..... *stands up* make yourself comfortable. *walks out of the small cave*

Eclipse: *puts his back against the wall he pounded on, and slowly slides down it, onto his butt*

Mikenno: *goes out to the main cave and sits under the opening, staring out at the sky* ..............i miss you..................... *tear*

Mikenno; *unaware of the goings-on in the cave, and just stares wistfully out the opening* ...........

Eclipse: *comes up behind him, and puts a hand on his shoulder* y'know, Mikenno... I think I was wrong... I actually think that... I was just being paranoid... I'm sorry...

Mikenno: *still distraught, not really paying attention, he keeps staring out the hole* it's okay.........

Eclipse: you need to get your mind around that, Mikenno... come on... you can't dwell on the past - especially since that past was more than a thousand years ago...

Mikenno: *FINALLY figures it out. he backs away from eclipse, growling and baring his teeth* i'd rather suffer for the rest of eternity than to be tricked by the likes of YOU, Nocturnal!! *snarls ferociously, opening his wings wide* i WILL fight you, eclipse, as i'll rip nocturnal right out of your head if i have to!

Eclipse: I guess I'll have to settle with sending you back to hell... *slips a vial of pure lightness from the back of his shoe* stole this... thought it might come in handy... don't come any closer, Mikenno, or I'll have to splash it all over your face and rub it in like lotion... *to what seems to be himself* ...I won't let him hurt you...

Mikenno: *hesitates, and takes a step back* eclipse.... you know that'll hurt you too....

Eclipse: *grows an insane grin* I know... but anything will work if it means keeping my partner safe... *uncorks the bottle and takes a step closer*

Me: y'know, I've done something special to Eclipse... a thing that required thinking outside the box. I assure you - you will be suprised.

Mikenno: *has an idea. he continues moving back at the same pace as eclipse* ecliiiiiipse........ these walls dont need to be stained with blood again.......

Mikenno: *lands on a rocky cliff on the side of a mountain. there is a cave carved out of the mountainside* ............ *sits down to let eclipse off*

Me: btw, this is where mikki lived when he was alive, but no one lives there anymore.

Eclipse: *goes into the cave, and touches a wall* there was a lot of history here... ... ... and rats. So many rats.

Mikenno: *takes a deep breath and follows him in* this was my home once. back when there were no RATS.

*they reach a bigger chamber, with a sort of opening at the top to let light in and to allow dragons to fly out. smaller caves branch out fro' this main one*

Eclipse: where was your part of the cave? Did you even have one?

Mikenno: *jerks his head towards a cave, third to the left* i stayed there with my mother, otherwise they would have slaughtered me.

Eclipse: *enters that part of the cave, and looks around*

Mikenno: *sticks his head in, refusing to go in farther*

*there are two shallow dips in the floor*

Eclipse: ... *feels the dents within the floor* what are these?

Mikenno: *huffs, and forces himself to go in the cave. he steps into one of the dips, then lays down and curls up* we would sleep in these. it's better than flat ground. not so bad once you get used to it. *points at the other dip with his tail* my mother would sleep there. she was my only comfort.

Eclipse: ... *lightly feels the dent where Mikenno's mother once rested*

Mikenno: ........ *sighs and curls up into a tighter ball* why did i come back here.....?

Eclipse: I needed a place away from all those scheming mobians...

Mikenno: mmh..... *becomes lost in thought, and goes completely silent* ........

Me: i find it ironic that i'm listening to "sanctuary" right now XD it's the japanese version tho. *hums*

Eclipse: *slams his fist against the wall*

The noise: *is an echoey BOOM sound, that floods the cave

Nocturnal: *senses what Mikenno is trying to do, and suddenly does a super loud mindscream*

Eclipse: AUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGGGGGHHHH!!! *holds his ears, desperatally, even though it won't won't*

Mikenno: AAAAAGH!!! *it hurts him too, and he suddendly swerves to the side, as if trying to get away from the noise. he roars in pain* AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!!!!

Nocturnal: GEEEETTTT OOOOOOOUUUUUUUUUTTTTTT!!!

Eclipse: JUST DO IT!!!!!! *yelling in pain again*

Mikenno: *gets out* STOP IIIIIIIT!!!! *in serious pain*

Eclipse: *suddenly, he stops screaming. The ringing in his ears, and the pounding in his head refuses to go away. His conciousness fades, and he blacks out on Mikenno's back*

Mikenno: *straightens out his flight path again, and looks back at eclipse* ...............

Eclipse: *though unconcious, his expression shows that he is disturbed by Nocturnal's sudden attack, and still in pain*

Mikenno: *wants to help, but fears triggering another mindscream*

Eclipse: *still unconcious, though he's less unsettled then before*

Mikenno: *calms down a bit, and continues on his flight path*

Eclipse: *halfway through the flight, he regains conciousness. He doesn't speak to Mikenno, fearing Nocturnal's wrath*

Mikenno: better? they never let you out of that, huh?

Mikenno: *shakes his head* you can't kill a demon, eclipse. much less a ghost. i'm already dead. you know you don't really want to, eclipse. you know it's nocturnal feeding you lies.

Eclipse: *starts trembling madly* kll... yu... KLLL YUUUU...!! KILL YOU!!! *his shaking gets worse, and he manages to stand up, though he looks like he could collapse at any minute*

*an alarm can be heard lightly through the door - Eclipse's oh-no-he-needs-a-temporarly-bigger-drug-dose-pronto alarm*

Mikenno: *looks up at hearing the alarm, and stands up* you brought this upon yourself, eclipse..... *fades out of view, but is still in the room. you can only see a faint distortion where he stands, and only if you know where he is*

Eclipse: *his wheezing breath is fast, as his heart beat speeds up in anger. He still has his eyes focused on Mikenno, even when he's hard to see*

Doctor: *come in* calm down, Eclipse... calm down...

Eclipse: *shouts out an angry, wordless scream at them*

Doctor: *not fazed, he has a pill covered in a cloth in his fist. He takes a step foreward*

Eclipse: *growls at him threateningly*

Doctor: *tackles Eclipse down to the ground, shoves the pill in his mouth, and pinches his nose so that he HAS to swallow it*

Eclipse: *when he swallows the pill, he sputters a few times, then just goes limp, falls on his back, and stares at the ceiling, unmoving. Wide-eyed*

Doctor: see? Isn't this nice? It's a depressant... you aren't even regestering what I'm saying as I'm saying it... you hear it three seconds later... don't you just feel all happy, Eclipse?

Eclipse: ... ... ... ... ... *five seconds later, he lightly grunts, still staring at the ceiling*

Doctor: exactly.

Mikenno: *is appalled at how the doctors treat eclipse. he emanates a sort of wave of disapproval, that can be easily felt by others in the room, including the doctor* rrrr.....

Me: mikki's NOT happy..... expect mikki to go haunt him later.

Me: I totally expected this.

Eclipse: *still unnmoving, and staring at the ceiling*

Doctor: *shivers a bit* brrr... *rubs his arms, then leaves the room*

Mikenno: *looks back at eclipse, then follows the doctor out, continuing to send out the wave. he follows the doctor to wherever it is he's going* >:(

Doctor: *goes to the computer room (shoots vector), and moniters Eclipse's computer*

Computer screen: *shows the ceiling - though it's completelly distorted and fuzzy... the ceiling is almost unreconizable... plus there's a rainbow veil over the whole thing, adding to the fact that Eclipse is on so many drugs that he can't think straight. Emotions: Happy, confused, angry (turqoise), exhausted, scared, angry (red)*

Me: losta anger, huh? XD

Mikenno: *looks at the computer screen, and frowns. he makes himself slightly more visible, and returns his eyes to their normal brightness, seriously making himself looklike a ghost. the fact that he has big leathery wings, claws, and fangs helps too. his voice is quiet....* do you enjoy torturing others?

Doctor: hmm? *turns around* AAH! Wh-what are you??

Computer Screen: *same*

Mikenno: you could call me a vengeful spirit......... they call me unknown....... now answer the question, doctor...... *fixes him in his burning gaze, as if he were staring at his soul, which he's probably doing*

Me: if you dont know, mikenno=unknown in japanese, so he's not lying, lol. btw, like my icon? you better, cuz I MADE IT O_O

Doctor: N-no! A-and we're n-not TORTURING him!

Mikenno: *raises an eyebrow, and slowly raises his arm and points at the monitor he tilts his head slightly to the side, looking really eerie* how long has that screen shown the same emotions.......?

Doctor: W-well... happy w-was just added in r-recently... we're not HURTING him... we're c-c-CURING him!

Mikenno: *lowers his arm* anyone would feel "happy" if they were that stuffed with depressants and other sh*t. i knew it was a mistake to leave him here..... *looks like he wants to kill something*

Me: omg yai!!

Doctor: *stands upright* well I know THAT! What do you think we're trying to do? KILL him??

Screen: *still same*

Me: :D

Mikenno: *voice becomes quieter, his crimson eyes burning* you may not be killing his body, but you are killing his MIND........

Doctor: WELL IT'S A HELL OF A LOT BETTER THAN HOW HE WAS BEFORE!!

Mikenno: death makes all mortals become quiet. death makes all immortals all the more talkative...... how have you seen him "improve," doctor?

Doctor: the pills have been stopping him from attacking people. It's teaching him to TRUST again... to stop believing those LIES that he hears in his head... to actually REALIZE that those people and creatures he see's are nothing more than a hallucination...

Screen: *loses anger (turqoise)*

Doctor: see?

Screen: *gains enraged (turqoise)*

Doctor: OH NO!!

Mikenno: *frowns* so much for drugs. *starts heading for the door. he puts a hand on the doorknob, and pauses* i wouldn't go in that room for a while if i were you, doctor....

Doctor: it's my JOB D:

Screen: *shakes*

Mikenno: *shrugs* get torn to peices, then. *grins at the doctor, the walks out, headed back to eclipse's room*

Eclipse: *is chewing at the padded walls - stuffing spills out of where he ripped through, and it's now in his mouth, and between his teeth*

Mikenno: *quickly enters the room, locking the door behind him. he speaks firmly* ECLIPSE.

Me: SET IT TO COLUMN MODE, ITS FASTER O_O

Me: IT IS IN COLOMN MODE

Eclipse: *turns around and growls like a wolf at Mikenno*

*Eclipse had forced himself to regurgitate the pills, as implied by the wet puddle of goop in the corner of the room with white shapes in it*

Mikenno: *his lips curl back in a snarl* eclipse, you IDIOT....... do you WANT to be trapped in hhere for the rest of your LIFE?

Eclipse: NO, YOU FOOL! I WANT TO BUST OUT!! *turns and continues ripping at the padding*

Lightning: *growling gets a smidge louder* rrrrrrr......

SKye: .......... *looks at the floor*

Mikenno: and what are you, a fairy princess?

Skye: *snorts at mikenno's comment, and claps her hands over her mouth* XD

Vorace: Nocturnal should not even be in there in the first place! You are acting as if he is your child!

Eclipse: *quietly* we're a TEAM...

Therapist: *comes in* ok, that's it. Visiting time is OVER. We don't want him to get TOO tense do we? Run along, the lot of you!

Skye: *looks back at eclipse before leaving* .......

Vera: *puts a hand on his shoulder and smiles reassuredly* we'll sort him out, acid. let's go.... *both leave*
Lightning: *glares at the therapist, which is somewhat like a lightning bolt shot at you (mentally, o' course), then walks out*

Me: myehhhh.....

Me: time juuuuuuuump

*it had been weeks. Eclipse undergoed test after test, pill after pill, to destroy Nocturnal, and free his mind. Plenty of times from the EST machine, he almost died, but the close calls wouldn't stop the doctors from trying again the next day. The poor hedgebat was a suffering fellow. Because of the pills, he couldn't do much of anything anymore. If you tried talking to him, all you got as an answer was silence (no), or a weak grunt that meant "yes"*

Eclipse: *in the corner of his padded room, silently resting his head against the wall. He doesn't try to pull at his straight jacket anymore - even if he did, it would be useless. The straightjacket had been created just for him - indestructable, and washed in liquified lightness (to make it demon-proof)* ...

Mikenno: *watches him from behind the window, as he had done every day since that first dreadful day. he is still a ghost, so no one really notices him there much. he's still stuck in his half-dragon form* .............

Me: oh, sorry if i didn't make this clear, but they took mikki's body with them when they left. ^^;

Me: iz coo.

Eclipse: *shifts a bit. It's the first movement he's made all day*

Doctor: *comes in* time for your daily shot, Eclipse.

Eclipse: *doesn't say anything*

Doctor: *stabs him in the arm with a vaccine* How are you feeling?

Eclipse: ...

Doctor: alright, then. You feel QUIET... as usual... *walks out of the room*

Mikenno: *slips into the room as the doctor is leaving. he stands by the door, waiting to see if eclipse will notice him*

Eclipse: *shifts a little bit more, and weakly gazes at Mikenno. His irises have dulled horribly from all the drugs he was taking. His pupils have dialated also (which only happens when you're high off of something), which wouldn't suprise anyone considering how many drugs the doctors were force-feeding him down his throat* ... ... *lets out a weak grunt. His way of saying "hi" in the state he was in. Upon close inspection, you would also notice that his quills no longer have a shine to them. They, too, have dulled dramatically*

Mikenno: .... *walks to him, and sits down in front of him. he looks rather weird in his half-way form, but it's either that, or a big pretty dragon. XD* <not doing too well, huh? you don't have to talk if you don't want to, eclipse. i know it's hard right now....>

me: sorry, i was replying to my german pan pals :) whee! they have weird english, LOL! XD

Eclipse: ... ... *finally, he speaks for the first time in weeks. It is slurred, mumbled, and just plain hard to understand* gd... wy...

Me: go away?

Mikenno: *doesnt move, and kinda just sits there* .........

Me: you gotta make what eclipse's saying clear to me at least, so mikki knows what he's saying. mikki's a mind reader, but if he doesn't have anything to read (which there always IS something on someone's mind) he kinda just looks a bit stupid....

Me: yes. He said 'go away'. Also, I'll be sure to tell you what he said next time as well ^^

Eclipse: ... *starts shifting back into his corner*

Me: THANK you. i felt like an IDIOT.

Mikenno: *quietly, as to not bother eclipse to much and to not attract the attention of the doctors* ...eclipse, wait. don't shun me just yet....

Eclipse: *pauses his strange self-shoving-into-wall behaviour* ...wy nt...?

Me: 'why not'?

Mikenno: because you don't really want me to go. *shakes his head* you wanna know why I'm still here, eclipse? Why I'm still tied to Mobius, and not burning in hell again?

Eclipse: ... *lets out a small, weak grunt*

Me: you already know that means yes.

Mikenno: I'm still here because you kept me here. A part of you knows exactly what's going on, and it was begging me for help. It was so hard to ignore, in fact, then it kept me from leaving. That, along with the ties i have to our friends, was what kept me here. It was mostly you, Eclipse, and I know you know that.

Me: i just realized these guys would make a great yaoi couple XDDDD just like Breeder and Shadow-dude XDDDDDD

Me: OMG I KNOW, RIGHT??

Eclipse: *shoots him a dark glare* ...lsss...

Vorace: it is instinctive for me to fear it... like a cat fears water.

*thirty minutes pass*

Eclipse: *bleeding out of his nose and mouth, mirroring how Luminos looked before he died*

Vorace: *bad memories get triggered* !!!

Lightning: *takes his hands off eclipse, and looks him over, worried*

Skye: *takes his hand* i know.... you'll be ok......

Vorace: *whimpers*

Eclipse: *though he's barely breathing, he's alive, nonetheless.

Jacob: *cleaning Eclipse's blood* he'll be fine. He just suffers more from the electricity because of the demekarr.

Skye: *reassuring him* it's all okay.. it's over now.....

Lightning: you should have told me to use less, then! D:>

Jacob: no! That was the perfect amount! Don't worry yourself, Lightning! He's fine. I'll go and contact the doctors. *walks out of the room*

Eclipse: *just... lies there. Unconcious, and still twitching a little*

Mikenno: *feels the tension from all the hybrids in the room that feel the same, and shudders. there's a BIT too much....*

Eclipse: I've already started, AGENT Lightning... *tries getting up, but only falls bacck down onto his knees* GRRF!

Vorace: *whispering into Skye's ear* ignore what he says...

Skye: it's hard to......

Lightning: *has to hold himself back, and merely growls at him* rrrrr.......

Mikenno: *can't stand the tension anymore, and stands up* ok guys, just cut it out. it's driving me nuts.

Eclipse: YOU SILENCE YOURSELF, DEMON!

Jacob: *shudders* he just sounded like me when I was Angel...

Lightning: *snarls*

Mikenno: *wants to explode, but hides it easily. and very well* *sigh* eclipse, stop being such a hypocrit. you're acting just like what you swore you would never become.

Skye: *is becoming increasingly agitated*
