Dusk: ... Y... yeah... *he hugs her back, feeling somewhat sad that he has to kill her*

Sarah: *is completely oblivious to his intentions. she lets go of him, and stands up, offering him a hand* <:)

Dusk: ... *he takes her hand, using it to help him stand back up* ...

Sarah: We should probably clean you up a bit first... don't want everyone to see you looking like THIS tomorrow....

Dusk: *quietly* ... Okay... *his mind is not on getting clean, however. No, it stretches back to Blood Puppet, and what will happen when he finds Dusk late* ...

Sarah: *is fast asleep*

Dusk: *he wakes up and immediately gets up and grabs his knife. He crawls back onto the bed, ready to stab Sarah. To kill her. To fulfill his mission. But his hand shakes. Sweat drips. His heart pounds. Dusk can't do it. He can't. And so... Dusk leaves. He can't come back. He can't, or Blood Puppet will surely kill him. He runs back, back, back to Blood Puppet*

Sarah: *wakes up a little while later. she's surprised to find Dusk gone, but at the same time she isn't--how did she think he'd actually STAY? She gets up, out of bed, looking at the clock and deciding it was late enough to call--she pick up the phone and dials Gilder's number*

Annabelle: *is asleep, curled up on the dentist's chair*

Celine: *stands by nervously, twiddling her thumbs. why wasn't Dusk back?* .... <__<

Gilder: *he picks up* Hello, who is this?

Dusk: *he runs back, his mask on, hiding from soldiers, hiding from everyone, finally reaching the hideout*

Blood Puppet: You're late.

Dusk: F-forgive me, Blood Puppet.

Blood Puppet: Did you kill her?

Dusk: ... ... Sh-she said your name.

Blood Puppet: Ah, oh well.

Sarah: It's Mrs. Gatzsky, I--oh, you're not going to believe this--Sam's ALIVE!

Sarah: I'm COMPLETELY alright, I just-- *quickly glances around to make sure the room was still a mess from the night before, just to confirm it wasn't a dream* He was HERE last night, but now he's gone and--oh god, i know this sounds crazy but he's defintely alive!

Celine: ..... *waits utntil she thinks blood puppet isn't looking, and follows Dusk into the other room*

Dusk: *he looks over his shoulder and finds Celine there* ...

Sarah: I-I'm not sure--all I know is that Blood Puppet is definitely behind this.

Celine: .... *quietly shuts the door behind her* Hello, Dusk... I heard your mission didn't go too well...

Dusk: *quietly, shaking* I-I... I don't know...

Sarah: *gets off the bed, and approaches him, slowly at first, but then she just runs at him, hugging him tightly* I-I-I thought you were DEAD.....!!

Dusk: *he hugs her back, though not as tightly. Due to Blood Puppet's command, he is still a bit braindead and so it takes a few seconds for him to think of a response* ... You... what...? Wh-why did you think that..?

Sarah: W-We found your clothes... Blood Puppet said he--what did he DO to you?? D8>

Dusk: ... I don't... I don't remember... *he then takes off his mask. He's a mess. His hair is shaggy and unclean. He's grown a bit of a beard. His mouth and teeth are stained with blood, as Blood Puppet has been forcing him to eat human flesh along with him, Celine, and Annabelle*

Sarah: *is appalled at the state he's in* Oh my god... please, TRY to remember, we need to know where he IS...! D:>

Dusk: He... h-he... I just... no, I can't remember... I can't... TELL YOU... where he is... *he moves away from her - BACKS AWAY from her like a frightened animal* ... H-he told me to kill you... I... I need to do what he says...!

Sarah: *can see that look in his eyes, and doesn't try getting any closer. she glances behind her, at the knife that was still on the ground* No you don't, Sam...! D:>

Dusk: *suddenly shouts angrily at her* THAT'S NOT MY NAME!! D8<

Sarah: D8!! *takes a step back, startled--and scared. If what Blood Puppet did to Sam was anywhere near as bad as what he did to HER... there's no telling what he'll do*

Dusk: *he backs away from her even more until he hits a wall, to which he slides down it and curls up, shaking, hugging himself. He's confused. Confused and scared - scared for the first time in WEEKS*

Sarah: ........ *slowly steps towards him, trying to seem as nonthreatening as possible*

Dusk: *he then looks up at her - his eyes are full of tears. What happened to him? Why is all this happening NOW? Whatever happened to his normal life, serving Blood Puppet and his family?*

Sarah: *steps closer until she's right in front of him, then kneels down, and lightly touches his arm* ....

Dusk: *he stares at her, his eyes into hers, tears rolling down his cheeks*

Sarah: *stares right back. she moves her hand up to his cheek, rubbing it gently with her thumb* ...Please, talk to me...

Dusk: ... I don't know WHAT I should say...

Sarah: ... *put her hand on his other cheek, and leans in, kissing his forehead* ...I want you to stay......

News: *talks about this serial killer who's been running around killing random people in their sleep*

Sarah: *wishes they'd talk about something a bit less depressing*

Dusk: *he hunts down Sarah, his given target for the night. He has been given special instructions. Try to kill her, but if she says Blood Puppet's name, he is to stop and return to the hideout. He crawls into the apartment of his new victim through the bedroom window*

Sarah: *doesn't hear the window open in her room over the sound of the television--she is oblivious* ....

Dusk: *he creeps up on Sarah, drawing his knife and readies it to bring it down on her head* ...

Sarah: *sighs and turns off the tv, and notices Dusk's reflection in the darkened screen* --!!! *quickly stands up and turns around, backing up against the television* D8 ...

Dusk: ... *he silently, slowly, lowers the knife, placing it back in his right hand only. He takes a step forward, blade glistening in the moonlight, which also lit up the blood-splattered skull on his face*

Sarah: oh god... *stares in terror, reaching around for something to protect herself with, but there was nothing around. she slowly tries to step around him*

Dusk: *he then lashes out at her, trying to slash her, trying to KILL her*

Sarah: !! *steps aside and barely avoids a knife in her gut. she flees to her room, slamming the door shut, hoping to lock it before the killer got in*

Dusk: *he manages to get to the door before Sarah can lock it and force it open. Then he pushes Sarah down onto the bed and tries stabbing her throat*

Sarah: !! *stops him by grabbing his wrist with both hands, but he was quite strong. she looks into his eyes, silently PLEADING for him to spare her, when she sees--she sees his eyes, and recognizes them immediately* ...S-SAM?! D8>

Dusk: *he instantly loses all strength in the arm with the knife, allowing it to be suddenly pushed back and dropping the blade onto the floor. He backs off* S-Sarah...?

Sarah: *sits up* Sam...! You're.. W-Why are you doing this? D8>

Blood Puppet: Excellent! *he walks in on them* Did you get to have your sex with Dusk, Celine? Hmm?

Dusk: ...

Celine: *casts a nervous glance at Dusk, then back at Blood Puppet--she says nothing*

Blood Puppet: *ignores Celine. He takes his katana and slashes it across Dusk's bare chest, making him bleed*

Dusk: *he hisses in pain, but stands there anyway, not defending himself*

Celine: Stop!! PLEASE, I'll do ANYTHING! D8>

Blood Puppet: *he then turns and smacks Celine* CHEATING dog!!

Dusk: *doesn't react*

Celine: *stumbles back, holding where he hit her, genuinely afraid now* I-I'M SORRY! D8>

Blood Puppet: *he laughs hysterically, tears forming and rolling down his cheeks in his rage and sorrow* SORRY! YOU'RE NOT SORRY! DUSK! GRAB HER!

Dusk: *he nods and grabs Celine, holding onto her tightly, his chest and nose still bleeding quite a lot* ...

Celine: *is completely terrified--she struggles against Dusk, but fails miserably* p-please... please don't hurt me...! D8>

Celine: *briefly glances at Dusk, and blushes again. she gives Blood Puppet a quick nod and shuts the door*
