Sam: *he takes the paper from Celine, looking it over and seeing nothing wrong with it. Something was telling him to give it a chance. Now was the time for change. He clicks on the microphone at his desk that let him talk through the speakers posted around the city. He announces the new law* ... attention New York citizens, as of today we are switching back to segregation between the X-WDs and the humans. All X-WDs are to hereby live in the ghettos set up for them. X-WDs shall not legally be allowed live with humans. That is all. *he hangs up the microphone, feeling like he has gotten something done, unaware of what has actually happened* :)

Sam: more like think-about-it-every-waking-moment case. But yes. You're right. I'm starting to think sending patrols out is a BAD idea, since he's been able to kill people working in the military more than once... but if I get rid of the patrols, there'll be no one there to protect the citizens. <:/
