I drew this shortly after reading The Thief Lord. Good book, I enjoyed it- (Is it just me or do I sound like a book reviewer?) ^^'

More to the point: This is how I imagined Scipio, with Venice in the background. Drawn with a black ballpoint pen (may it rest in peace), and the ground and background I did with a pencil. This took me about twenty minutes, and I didn't even have to redo it! Good thing, because that would have been next to impossible. Thief Lord! Wahoo!

YoikawaYes, reading is one of my favorite pastimes. Drawing, too! That's probably why I do so well in English and Literature. Ironically, I nearly failed in Art class. O_o I can't paint, and my teacher doesn't believe I'm colourblind. *mourns the pen, too*

Carmen_TakoshiOoh, awesome! X3 Once again, your prowess with a ballpoint pen amazes the socks off of me! *looks down* Whoops, there they go!

...

I think I saw that book in a store somewhere *can't remember* Oh well, if I happen to see it again, I'll make sure to crack it open (not literally, of course ^^;;) and check it out! ^^

You really like reading, don't you? :D Once again, good job! *mourns the pen*
