Why are those freakin' eyes so out of place? They're like, nudged onto the other side of her face... wow, where'd eye proportions go?
Of course, this is probably a style of anime, which I find repulsive, actually. The whole bug-eyed thing and the eyes are just way out of place.
But, here comes the actual drawing quality- superb, wonderful, love the grass and choice of colors, looks like autumn. The folds in her clothing are very well done. Sky is pretty.
Drawing quality- 90/100.
Eye quality- let's not even go there.

That's the problem with Key's art style. If you search for any official artwork by Key, like Air, Kanon, Clannad or even the pre-Key work, ONE, then you will see the exact same style for the eyes.
When I draw fanarts, I want to keep the style as close to the original as possible regardless of whether it looks good or not.
