I know his ears and quills are out of proportion..Oh well! ^__^;;; Drawn while watching The Rugrats Movie! XD<br />

Also, I have found the best Lineart Technique for me! ^_^ And I used it in this picture. So that's why the lineart is a little..unsteady.<br />

Cute? Hahah, Thanks! ^___^ I think he looks like a creepy little alien! (Don't tell him I said that!)Elements is an awesome program! ^^ It's a little more complicated than PhotoDeluxe..But I was raised on Adobe! ^^ The reason I have these programs is because my Mom works with pictures all the time.
