I know his ears and quills are out of proportion..Oh well! ^__^;;; Drawn while watching The Rugrats Movie! XD<br />

Also, I have found the best Lineart Technique for me! ^_^ And I used it in this picture. So that's why the lineart is a little..unsteady.<br />

OmG! that is so freaking cute! I love manta always trying to be such a ladies man!I have to say you are so lucky to have super high tech programs, I do have Adobe elements but I don't like it so I use MS Paint!
