Okay, I'll give you the link to the pic of todd, and let me give you a breif history of him:Todd joined a special forces unit in the army when he was only 10 years old. He was biologically enhanced to increase his strength to that of ten men, his speed to that of a cheetas, and other super-human abilities. His Commander and lifelong friend, Pichu, is currently on the planet visiting a friend, while todd randomly met up with tiffany.
He was kind of selfish and cruel to Pichu when he got a new friend, but soon changed his ways when he met tiffany.
(P.S. I was going to make him taller anyway =) )
