So here's the deal. A nice, easy, NON ATTENTION SEEKING way for you to get what you want.
Go to the Artist Abuse Forum. Read the rules. And then report Els. If she's really an art theif (And I don't believe she is), then she'll get banned without you making the big fuss you already have.
And if she's not and they find you harassing someone, you could get banned. But if you're so confident that's going to happen, try it.
