Uhm well i havent got it compleatly planned out but, Its going to be in the future like in the other one but everyone lives under the ground cuz certian places have nuclear waist. Some of the people have had exposer to the nuclear waist for a while and its done weird things to them (what ever people can think of)...And yeah...thats kinda the basis for it...
