hey..do you think my art's good? be honest.

Since the biggest thing to "grading" as I can get is constructive artistic criticism, that is what I will give you. (I found/realized that giving simple A-F grades are too vague and misleading).

Your pictures are full of vibrant coloring and fun colors. I love the childish and big eyes you draw your characters. It seems you have had much time to establish this style. so it shows a passion for the genre/inspiration. Since people are saying your art-work is good by these standards, it may be good to branch out and attempt drawing other art styles for fun. You can incorporate these new art styles (manga/anime, semi-realism, strong shading, different pens, darker colors, skinnier/fatter bodies, more curves, etc) in your comics, which I know from experience gives you an extremely fast and creative way to improve. Sometimes I do not even remember I am "drawing/practicing" art! I am caught in my own creativity and ideas, as you are when writing your fictions and drawing your panels as well. Quality is also extremely important for later works, for even if you use the most expensive/best colored pencils and pens in the world, it will not mean much when the low camera/scanner quality makes it hard to see. If you truly want people to see your true traditional talent, invest in better paper-to-digital equipment so others can see it better. I noticed your lines are extremely clean and nice looking. Do you do strong pencil rough-drafts or go straight to the pen final most of the time? Your line art is quite fine when I look at it closely! Keep that up! Sketchy art can be fine if it fits with the art-style, but I think with your coloring style (which needs to be more more bold by the way, attempt using markers to fill up more space in the backgrounds to get rid of those annoying blotches of white), that line art blends just fine.

That is about the basic criticism I can give you! Please ask me if you are unfamiliar with some parts of my advice or if you want more when you attempt some of this! Thanks a lot!

...Now this makes me want some criticism. I have to submitted something professional for a long time, so I need a productive jumping board.No, I guess I will just start drawing! P; I do not need someone else to to encourage me to draw what I love! Naked chicks, or something! BLAH!

You mean grade by contest terms or eyeing general terms?

It should not truly matter since it is just my opinion as a single individual. Art is judged on multiple different opinions and mostly your own, so it may not be fair for me to give your art any grade if you are still progressing! P;
