I practised my solo for, like, half an hour then decided I was good.

For now.

I can almost play it perfectly, expect for it's in a weird key that messes me up every time. Because it's in a natural key. I despise natural keys. Stupid Mozart! Don't you know I hate my natural keys?!

I want to take a shower.

I have my Japanese final tomorrow. I hate finals. Urgh. But Japanese is an easy class, and I guess I just have to know how to ask what things are in Japanese, ask how to say something Japanese in English in Japanese (try figuring that one out), and also how to answer and ask a certain selection of questions. It's an oral exam. I despise oral exams. I'm hoping there's a written portion, not because writing is easier, just because I like writing Japanese and I don't get enough opportunities to do so.

Plus it's fun to show how far ahead of the rest of the class I am.

God, I cannot stop listening to this song.

I really ought to practise more... But I don't feel like it, nor do I particularly like that song. So I'll put it off even later. Tomorrow I will be very angry at myself, but at least it'll be a few times less that I'll have to play that song. Even though I may get a bad grade on my final. Oh well, I've decided that I don't care.

I was reading letters to Edaniel... God, I love Edaniel. He's like my personal hero. I adore him. There were more that made me laugh, but those two made me laugh hardest.

I love lights off in classrooms. However, my school is very high-tech and the lights turn off if the sun is bright enough... Or if you take a laser pointer and point it into the sensor. We've done it before. But otherwise the lights are positioned in a way that's infuriatingly convenient for lighting the entire classroom. We have vaulted ceilings which pretty much means light everywhere. It's really annoying.

I'm going to go practise my flute solo now. Way to go, Kelsey! Leave it till the last possible moment and risk failing! Way to go! I'm so proud of me.

Dear Miss Banana,

Oreos are the only foodstuff that change my color. I think it's that mysterious filling in the center.
However there are some other strange reactions I have to food. My sister Eniri put me strictly off-limits to hazelnuts after she caught me impersonating a fishstick one too many times. I also try to avoid ricecakes in general, as they leave me with a vicious case of bad hair day for at least a week.

... DAMMIT. I just remembered that I have to practise my solo for flute tonight in order to perform it tomorrow, first period. CRAP CRAP CRAP. I haven't practised it at all. Which is very, very bad. Because it's basically my Band final, for one, and for two, I HAVE TO FREAKING PERFORM IT TOMORROW AND I HAVEN'T PRACTISED IT. USIEKSJDVLSDLKFJL. The thing that's stupidest is that we were supposed to have our solos by November. And I got mine last Friday. Then I was going to practise it over the weekend, but I forgot my flute in the band room and then I didn't practise last night.

Whoa, sorry. I was leaning on the keyboard. I thought it was funny so I didn't delete it.

I had the best night's sleep last night. Probably because I fell asleep at 8.30 and slept like a rock until 7.30 this morning. I don't know how I fell asleep that early, but all I know is that I got out of the shower and went to lay down on my bed for a minute, and the next thing I know it's morning! I was like, "OH MY GOD" because I always pick out my outfits the night before, because I can't think clearly before 9 AM anyway. So I didn't have a very creative outfit today. But I slept really well and for the first time in ages I wasn't drifting off in English! Yay!

I've fallen asleep in class before. And I'm sure I'll do it again.

I want an Aston Martin V12 Vanquish really bad. It's a car. It's the car Edward drove Bella to prom in. I saw it and I was like, "... This is the most amazing car ever." So I told my dad I wanted it for my sixteenth birthday and he's like, "Consider it done." And so I'm like, "YESSS." Because that car is so awesome. It's probably like 80 grand though. But it's fabulous.

The story that I'm writing has some very slight yaoi elements. D: I'm not doing it purposely, they just happen! There's one later that I did on purpose, but that's it! When you read it you'll probably get them. It's not like they're prevalent, they're just... There. And they sort of bother me since I don't mean to do it, but you know, I can just pass it off as fanservice.

Okay, I've been listening to Lullaby (Goodnight My Angel) by Billy Joel a lot because a) Stephenie Meyer said that if Twilight had a soundtrack, this would be the last song in it, and b) it's ridiculously sweet. It's totally going on my iPod... As soon as my dad decides to let me get some new songs. I have a lot of songs lined up...

Is it ridiculous or rediculous? Both seem right to me, but not right at the same time. D:

I WANT NEW MOON REALLY BAD! The more I think of Twilight the more I love it. It's addicting. Seriously. And I read some of the edited-out parts yesterday while I was supposed to find Edward's thing, and they're so good. I love Alice. Emmett is really cool too. And Carlisle... I already adore Carlisle. And I really didn't like Rosalie, but after reading an extended version of the last chapter she's redeemed herself. I love Edward, of course. And I like Jasper even though I don't really know much about him. Haha, I went back and read their character descriptions and I found out that I'd imagined Emmett and Jasper almost backwards. Not really, but Jasper has blonde hair and Emmett has dark curly hair, and I imagined Emmett with blonde hair and Jasper with dark brown hair. Then I realised I was wrong and I was like, "... Oops." But yeah. Gosh, I love this song.

I'm going to go look for Edward's thing again. I looked, like, everywhere for it yesterday and couldn't find it, but of course the first time I look after my friend talked about it I found it almost instantly. Urghh.

As for my story, I've been writing it longhand if only because I've found it helps to keep my on track. I write better, longer, and more consistently in longhand... I think it's probably because when I type everything out, there are long pauses where I think about what I'm going to write next, whereas when I'm writing longhand I basically don't stop writing. It just goes on and on. I think I type too quickly for my brain to stay caught up. So I've got a good amount written so far, and I write on both sides of the page too, and maybe I've got... 10 pages written on? I don't know, maybe more, maybe less. I haven't counted yet. I'm just writing. But yeah, it's also convenient because I can write not only at home on my computer, but in, say, Biology class or Government or Study Hall. And I often do my best writing during class. At least, I get the most done. Besides, when I type it all out I'll be able to edit it again anyway. I want to get a certain number of pages written before I actually put it onto the computer.

Anyway. So I now have a lot of Bizenghast stuff on my computer, and also the first chapter of Midnight Sun saved in my documents. It's quite fabulous. I'm typing most of this while actually watching TV, like, as in not looking at the screen or the keyboard. I feel quite awesome.
