If you want spot-on detail, I'd suggest purchasing drawing books on the things you draw.

Elementary as the books seem, they really help--a ton!

Aaw, thank you so much! I was doodling before I could write, so eventually something that was enjoyable turned into something awesome. =)

Of course, not without the help of some art classes in Junior high and "How To Draw" books for setting anatomy up too. =)
