Well, First you have to download something called 'Microsoft GIF Animator' (here's a site to one of them)

after you downloaded it you can draw something on Paint, like one of your characters..After you drawn them, try to make the drawing as small as possible on paint *like a little box* BUT BEFORE you copy it, press edit press select all and then press EDIT again and press the copy button, then you press save and look at the box where you name the file and THEN look at the other box under it, then press the box and other types of files will pop up, press the file that has 'GIF' on it then save it, and then you press that picture again and you paste your copy of it on top of that so you wont have that colours lighter or darker than you want it to be.
and press save and do that same thing over with that gif thing..and crap.. then after you save, next you just press new and of course you'll have another paper up on Paint, then you press the right click button and then the same picture is up (I ADVICE YOU TO MAKE THE PAPER SMALLER BEFORE YOU RIGHT CLICK FOR THE PICTURE TO BE UP) and then if you want it to blink or something, just erase some other detail like for example: the eyes.. If you want it to blink, you can erase the eyes and make the eye lids to make it blink..If you dont get it, just tell me Oo
