Well...it only takes a long time if you're new. (Or if you haven't submitted pictures all that much.)
The site moderators soon make it so your pictures will come up automatically and instantly if you obey the rules.

Right now, they have to manually approve of your pictures. And yes it can take up to 3 days. -_-; It is annoying but they'll soon make it so your pics will come up automatically.
