Ohhh, I see. You're getting stuck with bmps, hm? Okay, if you have any image-editing programs like Photoshop, Paintshop Pro, or even the standard Paint that comes with Windows, you can save your picture as a different filetype, which will make your pictures take up less space. Bmps are huge, so you usually can't submit big ones to FAC.Here's what you do: Open up your picture in Paint (or other image-editing program), go up to File->Save As... Then, below the 'File name' box, you'll see a 'Save as type' box. Find the one for 'jpeg', and save as that. It compresses your picture so that it takes up less space so you can submit it to FAC!
