Well, you need Photoshop to do it first of all. ^^It's pretty easy. All you do is make a larger version of whatever you want to make transparent and put it in the picture. Make sure it has it's own layer on the layer's window. Then you click on the layer that has the pic you want to make transparent and above the layers, there should be a little scroll bar that has the word "Opacity" above it. Just move that bar down some and your picture will become more and more transparent. Find what you like best and tah-dah! You're done. ^^
