Okay. Here's what I do. If it diesn't work...I'm sorry >.<But first. You scan your pic the way you want it and all that good stuff, save it, etc. Then, go into MS Paint and Open the pic you need re-sized. Once it's pulled up, go under Image and press Stretch/Skew. And then you resize it to the size that is preferable to you ^^ I useually do 25% by 25% under Stretch. I don't think I use Skew. :S
