"Now, imagine the walls covered in small crystals of ice." She said softly. Lina nodded again, she took in a deep breath and let it out slowly, her breath is visable.

 Shal slipped his arm under hers and across her back. "Let me keep ya steady t'en." he said. 

"Ok." Lina said. 
"Ok, lets start with something simple. Close your eyes." Ariana said, Lina nodded and closed her eyes. 

"That is t'question." He said tossing a few coins on the counter and slipping off his stool. 

(Hurray!)
"You said something about ice earlier?" Ariana asked, kneeling down.
"Yeah." Lina nodded. 
"I believe that would be easier to start with than your healing." She said.

"There's always more." Shal said, his lips splitting into a grin. 

(Like a human lie detector she is.)
Ariana smiled weakly. "Anyway, enjoy your drink." She said.
"Ok... Thank you." Lina said, taking a sip. 

"Doesn't have to end there." Shal said with a chuckle. 

Lina looked up at Ariana as she shifted uncomfortably. "It was uh..." She started, she shook her head then smiled. "It was nothing... Don't worry about it." 
"It wasn't nothing." Lina said. 
Ariana froze for a moment before speaking. "You don't... It was nothing." She said again.

"You really should've." Shal said looking into her eyes. 

Lina hugged him back, she sat up again as Ariana walked back into the room. 
"Sorry, here you are dear." Ariana said as she hurried over, she held the cup out. Lina smiled and took the cup from her.
"Thank you." She said.

(Hurray for good things currently happening!)

"Damn." Shal said gruffly opening his right eye. He watched her as a small smile crossed his lips. 

Lina smiled weakly. "Ok" she said.
Ariana walked into the resturants kitchen, she filled a cup with tea and made her way back out of the kitchen to to Lina's room.

(The causer of things it is!)

Shal slid his other arm across her back and held her close. 

 

(Haha, it happens)

"Y-yeah." Lina said dabbing her eyes again.
"Do you want me to get you something to drink?" Ariana asked, Lina nodded. "I'll be right back." Ariana said walking out of the room.

(And all it took was liquid courage!)

Shal placed his hand on the back of her head and held her. 

(Saying ok with a stuffed up nose?)

Lina dabbed her eyes on her sleeve and sniffed again. 
"We can get started when ever you want to." Ariana said with a smile. Lina nodded. 

"Alright..." Shal said his lips touching hers.

Ariana smiled kindly and walked over. "I would be more than happy to help you." She said gently.
Lina nodded and pushed herself up slightly. She sniffed and looked up at Ariana. "B-bok..." She said. 

"Why if you didn't push me away..." Shal whispered.
