Ariana smiled lightly and stood up. "I'm going to change into something less cut up. Excuse me."

"Bah. Just scared." Shal said turning towards the bartender. "Another." He said. The bartender nodded.

Ariana smiled lightly and hugged him back. "Thank you."

"Now girl, I know I wouldn't be a good dad cuz I ain't smart enough. Not because of what I use t'do." Shal said.

"Yeah..." Ariana said with a weak smile. "I just needed to calm down... I-I'll be fine."

"Would'ja like a merc for yer dad?" Shal shot back and the bartender walked over and placed the mug down infront of Ash.

"Ok." Ariana said, taking another sip. 

The bartender nodded and stepped back. "Hah. You give yerself too little credit." Shal said.

"Oh... Alright." Ariana said, biting the corner of her lip. 

"Hah, you're a smart girl." Shal said, he glanced up as the bartender walked over.
"Another one miss?" the bartender asked.

"I said it before, yer beautiful." Shal said with a shrug. "Anyway, t'is life only leads to t'grave."

"Why not? Has to be a better life than this." Shal said with a shrug.

Ariana let out a long breath and leaned forward slightly. "I'm sorry if I offended you." She said, looking up.

"Buy a house. Hell build one. Settle down, find a nice man, rase a family." Shal shrugged, taking a long drag.
