Shal stepped back, drawing his knife out with a wet 'slicking' sound. He kicked Kenu's knife out of the other mans reach and ran his dagger along the side of his cloak to clean it off. "Make your peace w'th Rage, 'ull be with 'em soon." Shal said as he slid the dagger home. He walked over to where he kicked Kenu's knife, picked it up and made his way over to Ash. 
(Oh, random note, Shal is a follower of Rage and Fear)

(If you want the fight to go on longer we can do that, I just have this mental image of Shal OHKoing Kenu in their first fight)
He's aimin' low. Shal pushed off to the left at the last second, bringing his right arm level with Kenu's neck. He used Kenu's momentum to spin around. Ignoring the pain in his right arm he flipped the dagger back into a forward grip. He locked his right arm around Kenu's neck and drove the dagger forward into the man's back.
"Should've run." He said grimly. 

Damn. Shal thought as he flipped his knife into a reverse grip. "You get your money where you can kid." He said. "And I'm certainly not lettin' you gut my employ'r." He licked his lips and edged closer. If he rushes, sidestep and put the knife in his heart. I can use my right arm if he lunges and put the knife in his gut. 

I raped the sebby plushie you gave me.

(Alright!)
"Up ta' you boy." Shal said, shifting his weight ready to move if Kenu attacked. "Ya' can ride away now an' I won't try ta' stop ya. Or you cou'd try an' kill me now, not sure 'ow well that'll work out for ya'." Something tells me he's smart enough to know he has the upper hand here. Shal attempted to supress a grimace as he placed more weight on his left leg. 

I have nothing against having them fight :o
I don't think we have actually had a good fight yet <.<

Her ability at healing is so so, but much better than her skills at using ice, she could probably heal him enough that he wouldn't die, but not enough that he wouldn't still have a wound. It could be that Kenu lives is because Shal is fairly banged up from hitting the ground?

Shal scrambled to his feet, his right leg ached dully from where he had landed on it. He drew a slightly curved dagger with a grimace, his right shoulder protesting the movement with pain. He switched which hang he held the dagger in and licked his lips. shoot, I'm dead. He thought slowly edging back, watching Kenu.

(Alright, sleep well and good luck at work!)(It will be quite adorable, maybe.)

"Shi-" Shal started, losing grip of his sword, he pulled back on the reins to stop his horse, but it was too late to keep Kenu from jumping on him.
(Pfft, I have this mental image of Shal being nice to Ash and helping her up after all this)
