THE 411: I've been drawin' since I could pick up a pencil and grew up in the Bronx with a lot of the Graffiti influence of the late '70s & early '80s, pretty much a self taught artist. I live in NYC and I've been a pro artist since '93 . . . . ORIGIN OF THE NAME: Well it started back in the day . . . oh . . . I'd say about '85. When I was in high school I still hadn't settled on a name to write that I was happy with, so one day while i was in the cafeteria with a friend, she asked me to "do her name" (now if you're a graff artist EVERY girl and her moms asks you to draw her name) her name was KERRIE, well the paper was only big enough to fit the letters KER , I liked the way the letters looked together so I kept it, and thus the legend was born! heehee!!! . . . It's pronounced CARE by the way!
