well, if you can't wait then just don't put Hanako's shikai/bankai or zanpaktou ^^ it doesn't matter to me, just make it a sort of....you know, hand-to-hand ? well i don't care if the opponent uses his bankai or whatever...Hanako can easily avoid attacks... :) or.....you can put her shikai, which is the command is : Bring hell, Chiyo Tsubasa. (i know its lame XD) And...the zanpaktou can control the moves (air) of the user and make sure the user doesn't get hurt (ex : if Hanako got pushed by a big hit and is going to hit a wall or something, Chiyo Tsubasa will blow wind from behind so that Hanako wouldn't hurt....get it ?) it also plays with air ; Blow unexpected winds, and in pretty rare cases, create tornadoes and everything XD

well...not a lot....because since she was the commander of the special forces (the one before yoruichi, which means she's like the former-former commander ^^;) she use more martial arts than her Zanpaktou (which i didn't name yet....>.>) but i have a idea for the name and shikai...well, can you wait like, for tomorrow to continue your story ? i think i can draw a new profile of her and her zanpaktou and blah blah blah....you know what i mean ^^;
