They will be in the background of the village the main characters visit. Look for them when the manga comes out( opening date still pending)
For those who are wondering why my manga has not come out yet, it is due to the fact that I have messed with the storyline at the last minute and in turn now have too redraw the first 4 chapters of the manga. I am truly sorry to you who are patiently waiting. I will hurry as fast as I can without drawing crappily. Thank you to those who wait!

I haven'T seen everything! Only some episodes... T_T But I LOVE IT!Anyhow, I will post a report on my Scotland/Ireland trip soon!
But to answer your questions: Yes, Ireland is VERY green, with lots of cows and sheeps. And no, I didn't see a LEPRecon ;-) Muhahaha, fear Artemis Fowl xD
