I used to be really stuck up about my art. I thought I was the stuff, man, I mean, I got all defensive if someone critiqued the smallest thing. I'm over that now though, and I think I have a fair idea of what my true skill level is.

Lol! Yeah, Simba is a little fur ball of angst. And then somehow during a musical sequence he turns into a... large fur ball of angst. xD

Ha, you're right. Masks just add smex points like crazy. :O *Inspiration strikes* I need to compare the smex levels of characters based on certain aspects that give them smex points xD

Oh yes L is. X3 he's been invading my notebook doodles lately... screaming for cake...

Boy have I noticed that. My two biggest pet peeves in all of fac (which I should add to the list in my profile) are:
1. People who suck at drawing- and I mean suck as in, bad proportions, bad subject matter, bad themes, careless coloring, and lack of effort overall, people like that, who still think that they're the shoot.
2. People who draw decently, like, you know, there are some mistakes, but good for the most part, and who throw this huge pity party like "OMG my artz is teh suckz!!!11!1" just to get sympathetic comments -_-

Aaanyway xD Omfg teh Disney. I love Disney more than I love my parents xD Kidding... probably. But anyway, Claire, Chris and I actually decided that Nala, from the Lion King, is a strong confident black woman. It's just the way she talks, y'know?

Just letting ya know, I'm almost finished sketching both Milena and Kybo out ^^
As far as Milena's clothes, I've pretty much stuck to the reference sheet, but with Kybo I've changed a few things (namely his pants). I've got a few technical questions though...
1) You said that his tattoos were extremely important. However, I can't seem to find a picture in your gallery that clearly shows what they look like...so If you could tell me, that would be great!

2) Since you removed his red bangs, does that mean you removed his red ear tufts too? Are they totally gone now or are they just the same color as his ears?

Cursed gym classes... see, since I have diabetes, I can sometimes skip gym on the pretext that I have a low blood sugar, but... that can only work for so long xD

Yeah, it's a strange thing, I used to draw nothing but fanart before I started posting my artwork. Now it's all original. I've become addicted to Kakashi, however, and so I must draw fanart xD

I've been reading your "Magik?" story (I'm about halfway through, even though I haven't commented yet) and now I'm feeling the intense urge to draw Kybo...
You see, I'm not the best at drawing girls, and sketching out Milena has totally sapped my inspiration. I desperately need a bishie character to draw, and right now I'm too lazy to come up with my own...
So can I draw him too? Pleeeeeeease?

Yay! *obtains virginity once more* Lol, I imagine it being like in KH2 where when you get synthesis materials, it comes up like "obtained mythril shard!" Or whatever xD Only in this case, I guess it'd be, "obtained virginity!"

Aaaanyway ;;>.> Curse those balls. Lol. When you say that you were chasing balls around the gym, I imagine all these little chibis running around in a room, reaching for balls that always just manage to escape them. Such an amusing image xD
