You're getting Copics? Neat! I've never used Copics myself, but from what I've heard, they're awesome. I've wanted some for a long time, but I don't have enough money, sadly. xD As for paper, you'd probably want to either get some marker paper, which is specifically for markers and won't bleed, or perhaps some nice cardstock or smooth Bristol board. Look for something that says right on it that it's recommended for use with markers.
