Yeah exactly. To get it to go anywhere you have to go comment on their stuff, when really if they're starting it they should have to say something real first.

Oh I know, right? It is so annoying. I mean, hey, I got into it a year ago before it was big. Big, yes, but still semi-obscure. Like, if you knew anything at all about books then you'd at least heard of it, but otherwise no. And it used to be cool, like elite almost, and meant you had something in common with people when you found out they'd read it. Now it's just like, 'oh, another random fangirl' like omg who cares. I don't blame you for not wanting to read it now that everyone's all over and it's even about to be some mediocre movie and everything (actually, that's still hard to tell at this point. Might be good but I'm personally not holding up much hope. Hate to be a pessimist though). All the same though, you really probably would love it if you read it.

Hmm. How old was she? When I read them I might just not have liked them because I wasn't old enough to appreciate it, but from what memory I do have of the experience it doesn't seem like that was it.

omg you could help me design the elves! For the others, I'd need to do some serious modding in my head of the way I see them before I could really deal with anything very unconventional, but the elves would be cool ^^

OMG you know what?? We should do panel by panel comics! well, actually, that's a mildly bad idea, because chances are it would be hard to keep going, but if we didn't bother to color them and just made the drawing quality as good as was convenient when we made each panel (as in, if you wanna make a panel awesome go ahead, but the next time if you just don't have the patience just do a sketch). Yeah, that would be so cool!! Hmm, and I was thinking we'd like post it on our own things but it would kinda make more sense to just make a new username for it altogether, where we could both post stuff so it'd be easier to follow. Do you want to? I bet it'd be a lot of fun ^^ Just tell me if you don't though, that's totally okay with me too.

mm yeah. My problem is that for the most part I can make it flow really easily in my head, but not so much when I'm writing it. I think it's because in my head it's more in the form of a movie than a book, so I don't have to distract myself with wording or all those little descriptions that make literature worthwhile. The only really good representations I've managed to really write of my characters are when I temporarily gave up on book style and wrote them as screenplays (which theoretically will be used to write them book style later when I'll actually have the patience for the details).

Yikes! I can't imagine hating my characters!! I mean like, I could never even have a totally evil character or anything (though I have had some pretty nasty ones) because it would just totally kill me cuz they're like part of me, y'know, and then like, for the other thing, how could they even be a very good character if you didn't empathize with their situation and motives?

And yeah, that would be so totally awesome :D Just imagine how cool that would be and how it would rock the world and then it'd be so much easier to understand people and stuff, kinda like the way Eragon and Saphira spread images to eachother.

Of course it wouldn't be quite the same, just like how books are better than movies. They say a picture's worth a thousand words, but I have to say a thousand words have a lot more mental value than a picture. That's the weird thing about that expression, like I don't get why it even exists, honestly. Like, #1, yeah, duh. And #2, you see a picture of some suburban back yard and sure whatever, who cares. You get what they mean, but not all the parts. Only the description can really make you take into account the exact state of the fence, the shine on the leaves and the pattern of the shadow they leave on the grass. all that good stuff. (btw, I feel like by saying all that it seems like I'm like dampering the whole DVD thing, but really I'm just semi-ranting about the expression and definitely nottrying to be a spoilsport or smart aleck or anything ^^')

Wow. So you've really changed a lot over the years, huh? I have pretty high hopes for the future, so I work really hard for my grades now. Used to I didn't have to, and by the time I did I felt this way, but come to think of it I never really realized how I really could've just let everyone else pass me up once it got hard if I hadn't started caring. Cuz I definitely don't just make the grades I do for convenience anymore. I work a lot harder for this than I have to. I really could've been like April *shudders* (April = lazy lazy lazy x 10 younger sister, now in 9th grade, who skips all the time and will still technically be in 9th grade next year because she's really that horrible, even though she probably has a pretty high IQ)

^^ I like future tense. It was very easy to form and recognize even before we learned it in class, so it will forever be in my book as double convenient :D Of course, on the semi-downside, it's not actually all that useful, since most of the time ppl seem to just say ir a anyway instead >.> But hey, if you know stuff all the way up to future you must be pretty good :D Besides, just knowing basic spanish could make you know more than some mexicans here know english. It could be uber useful to you some day, even if you think your vocabulary isn't that great. You might not know enough to go live somewhere spanish (but if you did suddenly live somewhere spanish you'd learn fast and then it wouldn't matter) but you don't really need to to know a lot ^^ (my ap test blues is draining, canya tell? XP)

Well neither do we, it's just that sometimes there are little random words in the tests, like... well, this isn't a great example, but like, say one of our vocab words was "painting" and there was a true or false question that said "a painting hangs on the wall" (but in spanish, obviously) then Cisne would write "pared = wall" for us on the board so we could know what we were doing. Just things like that.

mmhmm^^ That's actually almost semi-bad though, cuz I've heard that that means that since I already know spanish french is gonna be totally boring, at least for the first year and I'm not so sure I plan on taking more than one year anyway -_-; I think it'll be pretty cool though. Like I sorta really want to learn Latin or German (ooh and they're gonna have mandarin Chinese available next year too!!) instead, but I'm just so curious about French, I just have to at least learn the basics.

lol sorry, I didn't mean you were trying to be above the world, that would be the annoying and self-important type of nonconformist I was talking about if you were. above them as in doing something better than them, but not just for the sake of showing them up, if that makes any sense.

Well what's normal summer weather where you live? It always seems like it gets pretty darn hot in a lot of places more north than here. ^^ lol yeah, but the ability to joke about the heat is not quite worth suffering through it if you ask me. Last year it rained so much and so often it barely ever got hot at all til August!! It was so cool!! It was the fourth of July and sorta chilly by dark XD ah that was a fun year and a good summer.

You know normally I don't mind it... most the time. But I spent a lot of time into that picture and that's my art style. ^^ I like it. LOL Everyone's different. X3

Um... thanks for commenting on my pictures. And the girl that was in that one pic that was a request for someone, her hair. I don't think that's a hat. I mean she isn't my character so I'm not sure if it is a hat or not. And the other picture. That's how his face is suppose to look. It's my anime style the side view is suppose to be like that. ^^

Exactly! Perfect is something nice to think about but it's overrated. Fully overrated.
