i understand that, and as i said,appreciate it. but most of its unneccisary (i know i misspelled that) as well...ive already thought of most of it lol. i just dont worry about it too much cuz the story is really only on here for the benefit of 4 people and i know they dont really care about little details like that.

Ah, those four people wouldn't be playing the story's main characters in an RPG by any chance, would they? About my picking at details; this is one reason why everybody isn't a professional writer. It's a lot of work, even though it can be a lot of fun.

Welcome to FAC, and thank you for your complement of my work. You have a very stiff but exacting style. I can tell you put a lot of thought and meaning into each line. I hope to see some recent works of yours, I have to admit, you're the first person of your age I've met on this site. It's interesting at the very least.

Thanks. Every picture I've ever done has some significance to me, so a lot of thought goes into each one. I once drew the sword Stormbringer for an adventure, so I re-read the entire Elric series to get every description of it. The sword is 6' long, which would make Elric at least 7' tall, considering how Moorcock described him carrying it. Just one example of my extreme geekiness. I admit my style has been a bit stiff, but now it is my hands that are stiff while the style had loosened up a bit. The tendency for exacting detail comes from the comic book artists I grew up on, primarily Murphy Anderson. Anderson's work (with Carmine Infantino) on Adam Strange, and (with Curt Swan) on Superman, are big influences on me. "Swanderson" art is still the definitive Superman for me. It seems to me that a lot of comic art these days is more flash/bang and fancy colors than anything else. I'm old, as mentioned previously.
