Here's a Short summary of it:
Crystal Tokyo was once a glorious Utopia! But When the dark forces Got a hold of the Silver Crystal, a Mysterious Girl used her Last bit of energy and Trapped her self into the crystal, But doing so, She Split the crystal into seven different parts.

But By separating the Crystal she separated the former Utopia. The Girl then wished for, to one day be reincarnated into 1 of the New Kingdoms she created, In hopes of one day reuniting them and Destroying the Dark Forces.

By Separating Crystal Tokyo, it will keep the Dark Forces at bay.
By separating Crystal Tokyo, The Silver Crystal Activated Planet Power once again.
Crystal Tokyo Separated Because it is a reflection upon the crystal.
The Only one's who know that crystal tokyo is separated are Planetary Guardians(senshi).
The Crystal is Split into 7 Rainbow Crystals that are sealed within the souls of 7 Pure Souls.
All the Old Sailor Scouts (Venus, Mars ETC )Are all trapped guarding the Silver Crystal (How ever that is possible).
Everyone is waiting for the Legendary Princess To return(The Girl who separated the Crystal).
The Dark Forces ARE ACTUAL MEMBERS!
