Then I guess fingers are not that bad. Most people will include fingers for certain things like hand gestures(thumbs up and poking-index finger are usually the ones) And sometimes they'll have three to four fingers. Or you can even make mitten hands!(You know, like Knuckles XD Just get rid of the wrist and your good to go) Really chibis are different for everybody, some do this, some do that, it all depend on what you find easier for you!

Well Anthony is a Well to do very formal speaking Panther. He is clean cut well groomed and wears very nice expensive suits no matter what the occasion. He loves wine and the finer things in life as he is rediculisly rich. He is a very smooth and eloquent talker he for lack of a better word has a silky kind of voice. He is very strict with manners can't stand outright rudeness although he is very sarcastic himself. He actually abhores violence. He finds it messy and unproductive. You can read NG's chapters ninety something through one hundred something to see more of what he is like (his second longest story that is) anyway. Yeah. That's Anthony.

Of course you can draw Kitty! As for the clothes, I just usually pick something that looks good with the pose. I always do pants, not shorts though. As for the colors, again, just whatever looks good. No pink though.

Well they are hard to create when your not used to it. Though, the number one rules to creating a chibi is:
 
ALWAYS have exaggerated facial features(big @$$ eyes and smiles :D)
ALWAYS have a big head(not to big, just big enough to fit the expressions)
ALWAYS have a small body with stubby arms and legs(no hands,fingers,feet, or toes allowed! Just little stubs...like the powerpuff girls...very much like the powerpuff girls 0_o)
 
That's what I do, and I ALWAYS feel like kicking myself because chibis ALWAYS destroy the the laws and correct proportions of art!
