I can instruct, so it's not so bad. But I can't wait to get back out there myself. My self-imposed exile ends in two days, but I might wait a little longer just to be sure. It would suck to wait four weeks, then get hurt again ^^'

I think we both need to post something, just to break the cycle. Even if it's not the best work, just some kind of motivator.
In my case, I just can't get people hooked. The beginning of my story is really sloppy. The end if fun, and more intricate.

Really? Higurashi? That's surprising. I found their art to be especially neat and easy to follow. Huh. Oh well.

Nah, actually that's a good thing. People won't start reading a 100 chapter story unless they've been with it from the start. Less is more in that case.

Which one is supposed to have sloppy art? FMA or Higurashi? No way either one falls into that category! As for Higurashi...it's more 'disturbing' than scary, but it's still a great story (well, stories. There are more than one).

I took a month off from martial arts. I'm almost two weeks through it. I hate having to just instruct, but my arm is healing, so it's working out :)

The nice thing is that 11th grade is hard, but 12th is a breeze. It's a lot more relaxed, and the work is actually easier compared to 11th.

As a matter of fact, I've gotten into Higurashi: When They Cry. It's based on a game of the same name. The art style is great, and the story has different arcs, each with a nice, grisly end. It's a hard one to explain, but it's a great read! Fullmetal Alchemist is another good one I've been devouring, lol.
