Oh yeah! You can't take back words once they come out of your mouth. But you can reword emails or forum posts until you're sure you like what you see.

I don't mind people not understanding, or even not caring. I guess it's that people always try to dictate to you how to live. You HAVE to stop liking this at this age; you HAVE to do this or that. That's when I get upset: When people don't trust me with my own life. Even when they don't mean any harm, I can't help but get a little annoyed.

I don't want people getting the wrong idea, I guess. It was fun to write. Especially when Kimihiro first found out it's an all-girl's school he's going to. He has to wear a uniform, and he thinks 'If they try to make me wear a skirt, they can just put me in detention, 'cause there's no way...'

I'm that way, too. But when I was fifteen, things got so bad I couldn't go to school, or leave the house. I got over it eventually (I HATE medicine! Yuck! I'm always afraid of getting addicted, too. That's the last thing I want), but I couldn't even live my life. That's why I've got so many regrets. Anxiety took some of my best years away. It's depressing. I don't complain about it often, but sometimes it just hits me that I'll never be 15 again, and I didn't get to enjoy it.
(Sorry to burden you with that little bout of self-pity. Please accept my apologies. I don't know why I wrote that.)
So, anyway, I don't take the medicine unless I absolitely have to. I usually actually just sit there and suffer through the anxiety.
I can't help it. I mean, Kimihiro is so different from Ryouko! They're both really shy around girls, but Kimihiro is closer to a normal boy. Although he's got a good heart. My two big issues with it are this:
1. He falls into a girl really akwardly right off the bat, accidentally molesting her in the process. It wasn't his fault; another girl tripped him as a joke. But still, that's really not like me...
2. Later on, the teacher (Negi, the real star) uses his magic to create an illusion around Kimihiro that makes him look and sound like a girl to the others. This is so that he could get a bath (Like all the bath halls/hot springs in anime), and if he got caught, he'd look like a girl, so one would freak. No one except Kimihiro, of course.

Maybe I'm making it out to be worse than it is. It actually sounds a like a typical shonen manga in retrospect ^^' Do you get the same impression? Perhaps I'm paranoid over nothing?

It works wonders^^ I have medication for anxiety, but I don't need it as often because I learned about the mints. Oh and the easiest solution is peppermint gum.

np^^ Glad to be of service. I just did the same- I wrote a Negima fic. But I won't recommend it, because it's not like me at all. The hero is...how was it put to me?...'cutely perverted'. Not at all my normal writing style, but I needed it to get out of my rut. I'm kind of ashamed of having written it, even though it's no worse than my Naruto fics. (Looks sad and disturbed) (My, I'm expressive tonight ,lol!)
