Yeah expierementing is undoubtedly frustrating. I get annoyed too. Water colors are good to expieriment with because you can "erase" mistakes with a bit of water ^^. So, if you use watercolors I reccommend using little water as possible at first so if you make a mistake you add water over it and it goes away O.O

Also, I don't know what markers you've used but I like sharpies best.

YAY! Now, you can click on people's usernames much faster! Creative is not slow at all. Whenever I use that it never slows down on me.

Hello. You have not been on AIM for a long time.

Usually I tend to stick to pencils (I like woodless graphite ^^), colored pencils, and markers for drawings. I've dabbled a bit in practically every other media (except things like Photoshop)

Expierimenting is fun! Yet, frustrating. Like, watercolors are really tough -____-" and pastels of any nature (oil in particular) are also difficult and MESSY!

But yeah, I'd reccomend expierimenting ^^ start off with easy stuff. Like try doing an anime character in pastels or something.
