That's anxiety for sure. It sounds like Night Terrors, or this other thing...darn, can't think of the name. You're awake, but having a nightmare. You're in control of your body and everything, but your mind plays nasty tricks on you. What anxiety does is pick your deepest, darkest fear- one you might not even know- and try to make you think of it. By facing it, you're already combatting it. Just know two things, and these always help me:

1. It WILL end
2. It CAN'T hurt you

No matter what it feels like, those two things are always true. I've gotten it so bad I have to say those things out loud, but as the anxiety goes away after that. It's scary as all get-out, but it can't do you any harm.

Well, with guys, it's different. Liking the song "Jessie's Girl" is a sign that says "Please make fun of me", lol. And, if you KNOW you're naive, then you've got an advantage over other people.

That almost sounds familiar. I had a similar problem, but it was a certain time of night, instead of a day. I'd wake up and immediatly freak out. It's an odd feeling, and the only way to combat it is to face it. Which really kind of sucks. I DO know that sucking on a sucker, chewing mint gum, drinking tea, breathing in four a count of three through your nose, and out through your mouth for a count of four, I know all those help^^

I've been there. Still am at times. It sounds like something that's no big deal, but until you get it, you can't know.

It's not a waste of time. I wish I'd had someone to talk with when my anxiety hit. I mean, I do have supportive people, but trying to explain to a professor that I need to miss class when they can't see anything wrong...I've fought schools forever over this. If you decide you need to talk, my offer stands :)

me too. hes my world i couldnt live without him im glad you approve and you are happy for us ^_^ his mom hates me his dad dont approve but he loves me an both my parents love him to death lol. ans i could care less what his mo thinks she comes up with rediculious reasons for stupid shoot and is driving me nuts but it wont drive me away wolves mate for life and ive found my lifemate and nothings gonna stop me from being with my lifemate. anywho enough ranting lol
